Timed Hits Mode Overview
Timed hits mode is similar to number of hits mode except that a timer is involved. Each target’s # of hits required value must beet before time runs out. Additional penalties are subtracted from the hit factor score if any targets remain incomplete when the timer runs out. The rest of the settings like random start and max ammo are similar to the more general number of hits mode settings.
Hit Factor Calculation
A hit factor is calculated by taking the (number of hits x 5 points – number of misses * 10 points – number of incomplete targets * 60) / time in seconds elapsed to complete the exercise, where number on incomplete targets means the number of targets whose # of hits required weren’t satisfied when the timer expired.

Target 1 # of hits required – number of hits required on target 1 to complete the exercise
Target 2 # of hits required – number of hits required on target 2 to complete the exercise
Target 3 # of hits required – number of hits required on target 3 to complete the exercise
Target 4 # of hits required – number of hits required on target 4 to complete the exercise
Max Ammo – maximum amount of Ammo that can be expendedi in exercise (0 for unlimited).
Random Start Time – buzzer starts between 2 and 7 seconds after the shooter ready acknowledgement
